3DG powder-based carbon-coated current collector is prepared by coating the current collector with the paste made from 3DG powder. The performance of the current collector was dramatically improved after the coating with 3DG powder. 3DG powder carbon-coated current collector has good electrically conductive property, low coating thickness, low usage of binder agent, good thermal conductivity, high self-strength and bonding strength, large surface area, which can facilitate the improvement of the battery’s performance.
